1923 Federal Reserve System document -- Of service to banks and business.  It is the set of exhibits presented by the Federal Reserve System at the American Bankers' Association September 1923.
One key element of this brief document is that there is an extensive explanation of the functions of the banker's acceptance market using tables, charts as well as written text. It is worth reviewing for economic historians interested in the institutional financial arrangements in the US prior to the Great Depression.

NOTE:  The document is over 10 Megabytes.

FRASER is a digital library of U.S. economic, financial, and banking history—particularly the history of the Federal Reserve System.
It is a terrific resource for the documents published by the Fed.
